Annalisa Xioutas is a licensed construction professional and owner of Florida’s Finest Industries (dba FFI Contracting Services), a certified woman-owned enterprise. Upon acquisition of FFI in 2008, Annalisa strategically led the company’s growth from local service provider of mortgage field services to a nationwide, single source solution in default services, including asset management, inspections and construction services. Alongside a carefully curated group of seasoned professionals from the construction, real estate and legal fields, Annalisa developed a proprietary, web-based project management platform which performed well above industry compliance standards for security, execution and service. Annual revenues increased from $400k to over $5 million by 2013, and year over year growth continued through 2016. FFI handled more than 33,000 individual property repairs and renovations for major clients throughout the US.

When foreclosure volume began its initial decline, Annalisa made strategic moves into a more regional model of rehab and renovations, working closely with institutional investors and real estate investment trusts focused on single family acquisitions in the southeast. As an actively licensed real estate broker and hands-on investor, Annalisa's intimate knowledge of the property life cycle brought value to these relationships and provided a unique approach to overall acquisition and disposition strategies. The results were improved acquisition metrics, more meaningful data aggregation and ultimately, better performing portfolios – making for what’s most important, very happy clients!

Drawing on this wealth of experience of high volume and extremely distressed properties, Annalisa and the FFI team apply similar execution principals to their current remodeling service offerings within a more local footprint: high quality, timely delivery of all projects with a healthy respect for budgets. This laser focus on delivering an enhanced customer experience not only sets them apart from the competition, but it firmly places them on a major upward growth trend.

During her long career, Annalisa has proven herself a results-oriented leader.  Under her guidance, FFI was awarded the “American Express Open 50 Fastest, recognizing the fastest-growing, women-led organizations in the country. She has been a panelist and speaker at default industry events, including The Five Star, where she was also recognized as a “Top 10 Women in Housing,” real estate investment groups throughout Florida, and has been a mentor for many years at the annual “Girls Going Places” entrepreneurship conference at Florida Gulf Coast University.
 
  Annalisa holds a BA in Spanish and Communication from The Florida State University, a Florida State Building Contractor license and an active Florida Real Estate Broker license. 

 Annalisa volunteers in multiple community outreach programs to assist single moms and at-risk children and entrepreneurial mentorship programs for middle and high school girls. In her rare free time, you can find Annalisa fishing Charlotte Harbor on her Hobie kayak or scouring the dusty shelves of far-flung antique map shops in search of her next cartographic acquisition!
